Isn't weird how we have this mindset and never could imagine someone being younger or older than they are now? And then when they do turn forty, or even a year older than they are; it's like you're waking up to reality... like, wow, that person in thirteen now! she was six just yesterday! (i know that sounds a lot like wistful parents, looking back on your baby pictures or something, but it's the truth!)Okay, well that was a just bit confusing... It's like if you have an older sibling. You just never really think that they were ever young, and smaller than you are now. If you're the oldest, you can't imagine your little baby brother or sister ever turning twenty. Same for your parents; you never really imagine them without you and the rest of your brothers and sisters; or ever being singles person, you've always known them as married and they have you and your siblings.
I just thought this was an interesting thing to think about... :D
